• Phase I total investment: 1.0 billion RMB for 120 MW capacity in 2010
• Phase II total investment: 2.1 billion RMB for 300 MW capacity in 2011
• Phase III total investment: 2.5 billion RMB for 600 MW capacity in 2012.
